Description
The favorable waterways of the North Shore make fly fishing one of the region's most popular activities. It's deeply ingrained in local culture, from fly tying to the most improbable fishing adventures. Over the years, these elegant little objects—fishing flies—have been created, assembled, and tested by numerous artists, anglers, and guides, each offering their own unique story. This is where the names of the beers offered by Brasserie La Mouche come from. In 2017, at the St-Pancrace Microbrewery in Baie-Comeau, Brasserie La Mouche brewed its very first beer. For several years, production was based in Natashquan, but labor and delivery issues led the brewery to once again partner with Microbrasserie St-Pancrace to resume operations in 2025. Despite these changes, we continue to create unique craft beers, deeply rooted in the North Shore region, with natural fermentation.
