Since its inception on June 23, 2007, Pit Caribou Microbrewery has made it its mission to offer high-quality Gaspé beers by leveraging local resources. Having started small, the team now employs dozens of people and distributes its products over a thousand kilometers across the province. Their beers, brewed in Anse-à-Beaufils, a fishing haven in the town of Percé, proudly bear names that evoke the Gaspé Peninsula.
