Description
Noire et Blanche opened its doors in October 2012 in a magnificent two-hundred-year-old building in the heart of Old Saint-Eustache. The microbrewery is located in the center of a neighbourhood rich in history and culture, marked by landmarks such as the Battle of the Patriots, popular festivals like the Galette Festival, and numerous performances at the La Petite Église Arts Centre. Furthermore, the brewery's location is nestled in a bucolic setting on the banks of the Rivière du Chêne, offering patrons a peaceful atmosphere and a splendid view. The microbrewery offers a variety of artisanal products, both for food and drink. A selection of 24 beers on tap is available, including our own brews and guest beers from other Quebec microbreweries. Approximately 40 bottled beers from private imports complete our menu, offering an even wider range of flavours. Inspired by various local products, the cuisine is above all bold. Noire et Blanche offers two different menus, one for the summer season and one for the winter season.
